FastBucks maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
FastBucks complies with the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACT Act), 15 USC 1681m(3) Section 114. The Red Flag Program is intended to detect, prevent, and mitigate identity theft in the connection with the opening of an account or of any existing account.
